We ship orders within 1-2 working days after an order is placed and can usually be expected within 5-7 business days after shipping. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value.
Exclusions may apply to some promotions. We regret that discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you’ll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn’t right we are on hand to help. Contact us on contact@pavos.in for assistance and we’ll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 5 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
